<p align="justify">Doğum yeri mistik felsefelerle tarih boyunca bezenmiş Hindistandır. 5000 yıllık bir tarihi vardır. Bütün masajların özünü taşımaktadır. Eski Hint ve Mısır kaynakları masajın hastalıkları önlemede, tedavi ve yaraları iyileştirmede kullanıldığını belirtmektedir.</p>
<p>Türk düşünürü tıp adamı İbni Sina’da masajın yararlarından sözetmiştir. “Hekimler yalnız hastalıkların değil aynı zamanda sağlığı sürdürmenin nedenlerini de göz önüne almalıdır” diyen İbni Sina yüzyıllar öncesinden koruyucu sağlık hizmetlerinin önemine dikkat çekmiştir. Sağlığın korunması için egzersiz yapmanın ve beraberinde vücudu ovmanın (masajın) yararlarına değinmiştir.</p>
<p>Hint masajı romatizma, kireçlenme ve uykusuzluk probleminizi çözecektir. İçsel bütünlüğüzü yakalayıp, yaşamınıza yansıtmanızda kolaylaştırıcı faktör olacaktır.</p>
